Hunting: Mainly with hunting rifles. There are also two hides for bow hunters. Hunting is between 06h00 and 18h00. From time to time there are elephants on two of the farms. You will be advised of their presence.
Hunter Transport & Animal Recovery: Hunters must use their own vehicles to get to the hunting areas and watering holes. The dirt roads to the hunting areas and watering holes are accessible by vehicles. There is a farm vehicle available, at R200 per collection, if a hunter deems the recovery of an animal inaccessible with his own vehicle. A trailer with a ball and claw hook is available at no cost.
Reservations: The group leader who makes the reservation shall collect the deposit and invoice* amounts from the group members and deposit / EFT a single amount for each.
A reservation will not be finalised if we do not receive a deposit of 50% of the accommodation within 10 days of request. Your reservation request will be cancelled and placed on a waiting list should we not receive the deposit within the 10-day period.

Cancellation fee: In writing (e-mail) 10 days and more – 50% of the (paid) deposit will be refunded to the group leader. Within 10 days of reservation – no refund. Should you shorten your stay, and it is not for a serious reason, a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation for the full period will be levied. Hunter or observer is valid for the full period unless an observer decides to hunt. Under those circumstances, the observer will then be levied the hunter rate.
Covid-19: Should level 4 or 5 national travel restrictions be imposed, 90% of the (paid) deposit will be refunded or the reservation will be moved to the next available date.
